Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable products and gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  •  Book or magazine with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service through the Contact page: https://kroshilova.art/contact/ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return address. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail the item return to the Return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow at least 7 days to process returns days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the Contact page: https://kroshilova.art/contact/ to obtain a Return address. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail the item return to the Return address.
